Developing as a learning organisation

The learning organisation theory first proposed by Peter Senge in The Fifth Discipline (1990) has stood the test of time and remains relevant as organisations and individuals transition from the old to the new.

Senge describes three learning capabilities for systemic change:

  1. Seeing systems.
  2. Collaborating across boundaries.
  3. Creating desired futures.

We have been members of an international learning and systems thinking community for many years and can work with you to develop these three capabilities within your organisation.
