Change management means different things to different people. The change management that occurs around a structural change is what’s most commonly referred to as change management. It is focused on changing roles, locations, reporting lines and work priorities. In Thought Partners change management involves taking a systems thinking or holistic approach to change. This involves learning organisation theory and practices for change management. We have tools, diagnostics and materials to assist with change management strategic thinking, change processes, planning, and implementation.

We can provide training in change management. We can also facilitate groups to manage real-time change and enable effective change management to occur. We are also able to assist clients to anchor the change so that there are long term impacts at the organisational, team and individual levels. Our core competencies in facilitation and coaching mean that we are also able to assist individuals in groups or on their own to make the change required.
