Thought Partners has worked closely for three years with the Office of Community and Voluntary Sector to design and facilitate a series of good practice in action workshops which each attract 80-100 public servants.
Good Practice in Action seminars help government agencies learn from one another about good practice in their relationships with the community and voluntary sector. They are about information sharing, results-based learning, and acquiring knowledge and expertise built on the good practice of others. The seminars, which began in April 2005, reinforce the government's commitment to "working together, breaking down silos and establishing co-ordinated, inter-sectoral policies and programmes."
You can listen to the presentations and see the facilitators in action on the OCVS website.
