Jenny draws on extensive training and experience in group work and sociodrama to conduct experiential and generative learning. This assists participants to deepen their awareness of themselves and others; expand their repertoire of responses to real-life workplace situations; and helps them shape organisational cultures which sustain them and their work.
She has nineteen years experience as an organisational and learning consultant and was previously a manager in the public service. Jenny works with organizations in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific in business, government, professional, judicial and community settings.
