Landa joined Thought Partners in 2010. Previously she worked for Hay Group in both NZ and the Netherlands on a wide variety of consulting assignments. With over 20 years of local and international experience, Landa enjoys working with senior leaders to translate their vision into a clear strategic direction and provide a solid foundation for organisational development (OD). She also relishes the opportunity to design pragmatic frameworks and incorporate tools that really make a difference and are relevant for line managers as they implement and consolidate change.
Landa has a cooperative and facilitative style and clients appreciate her capacity to build genuine, lasting relationships, based on integrity and trust. She is known for asking candid questions and working with energy, rigour and incisiveness. Landa's personal experience in developing her own self-awareness and getting to know her ‘inner world', has given her a wide range of interventions that she uses in facilitation and coaching of teams and individuals.
She has worked with a wide range of organisations from large multinationals like Heineken to core NZ public sector agencies. Prior to consulting, Landa fulfilled a variety of human resource roles, both as a manager and a professional.
Contributing to the Wellington community is one of Landa's other ambitions. She is building her governance career and is currently a Board Member of the Vector Wellington Orchestra.
