November 2009 Forum - Building OD Advantage

The OD Forum provided the opportunity for leaders engaged in substantial organisational change, OD practitioners, consultants and academics to come together to share and develop practices that work in Aotearoa. The focus was on OD in practice.
The objectives of the OD Forum were to:
- Share what works, particularly in recessionary times
- Link research with practice
- Develop indigenous models and approaches
- Challenge the status quo and promote new thinking
- Provide a network for support, information and feedback
Wellington OD Forum Social Network
We have created a private social network for the OD Forum on Ning where we post regular updates. We encourage members to contribute content to the site in the form of blogs, articles, useful websites, books or references.
